How
Can InaQuick Rescue Help the Schools?
School administrations face a number of challenges when
it comes to technology. LanSafe Systems, Inc. is your solution: What we can
do is “Ease Your Pain”.
Pain/Relief Points of InaQuick Rescue:
Pain 2
PC Availability = InaQuick Rescue
When faced with limited support resources, machine triage is the natural process. You must put the available resources on the highest priority machines. Machines that are required for the day to day operation of the school (Schedules, attendance, paychecks, etc.) must have the highest priority. Other machines, which on the surface look less time critical, get pushed to the back to the second tier of support. Unfortunately, these machines are the machines the students use. These are also the machines that are most vulnerable to going out of service due to misuse. Machines with signs on them that say “Out of Order” are a visual reminder that the infrastructure is not being maintained.
Relief 2
InaQuick Rescue cannot fix a hardware breakdown. However, the majority of the machine issues are software related. By getting priority one machines back into service much quicker, time can be spent on the lower priority machines. Also, InaQuick Rescue requires no special certifications or skills to operate. Teachers and even student interns (with proper authority) can easily restore a machine to full function in the event of a failure. Tech staff through your own organization, who are trained by LanSafe Systems, Inc., could easily talk a teacher through the steps over the telephone.
