When faced with limited support resources, machine triage is the natural process. You must put the available resources on the highest priority machines. Machines that are required for the day to day operation of the school (Schedules, attendance, paychecks, etc.) must have the highest priority. Other machines, which on the surface look less time critical, get pushed to the back to the second tier of support. Unfortunately, these machines are the machines the students use. These are also the machines that are most vulnerable to going out of service due to misuse. Tech staff through your own organization, who are trained by LanSafe Systems, Inc., could easily talk a teacher through the steps over the telephone.
