All of our service policies will be designed around our commitment
to dependability and customer satisfaction. “Remove and Replace”
maintenance agreements will cover all parts and labor, assuring
the client maximum utilization of their system with minimum downtime.
Features of the hardware maintenance agreement will include:
• Regularly scheduled preventative maintenance visits will
maximize system performance. Our business system will be modular
in design, enabling us to provide replacement equipment while the
client’s equipment is tested and repaired.
• We maintain a substantial parts inventory
to ensure prompt, effective service for equipment that is covered
by a maintenance agreement. |
