Support
| LanSafe
will provide a trained and knowledgeable staff that can handle
the questions and needs of our customers on a timely basis.
For a flat monthly fee,LanSafe
will offer ongoing support, which will cover items such as
bug fixes, performance improvements, and assistance with technical
problems. Additionally, it will cover updates, repair of system
errors, assistance with software problems, operating systems,
and help resolving questions over the phone regarding software
or hardware that was purchased from LanSafe.
Ongoing support will be provided from
a different times structured per client for the package the
client chooses for its support. For services not covered under
the ongoing support agreement such as training, custom programming,
and after hours support, a quote fromLanSafe
may be obtained.

Clients with an Internet account who will enroll in “ongoing
support” for the software they purchase will have access
to a valuable resource, the LanSafe
customer website. This site will offer in-depth information
about EAZ Solutions
software, MSCRM software and other software modules in the
form of training handouts, technical procedure documents,
answers to frequently asked questions, and software update
descriptions. It will also provide clients with access to
the status of their own work orders, and will feature an option
for downloading the most recent version of each software module
help file.
