Maintenance Agreements

LanSafe offers several maintenance plans to meet client’s specific needs. All of our service policies will be designed around our commitment to dependability and customer satisfaction. “Remove and Replace” maintenance agreements will cover all parts and labor, assuring the client maximum utilization of their system with minimum downtime. Features of the hardware maintenance agreement will include:

• Regularly scheduled preventative maintenance visits will maximize system performance. Our business system will be modular in design, enabling us to provide replacement equipment while the client’s equipment is tested and repaired.

• We maintain a substantial parts inventory to ensure prompt, effective service for equipment that is covered by a maintenance agreement.

• Our local office will ensure an average phone response time not to exceed four business hours.

• 24/7 monitoring is available for your company networks if requested in the agreement. 

Note: This agreement covers only the equipment supplied by LanSafe unless otherwise specified. LanSafe will gladly provide a quote to add any existing equipment to this hardware maintenance agreement.
